Delete Your Big Game Account and Data
You’re in control. Use this page to request deletion of your Big Game account and associated personal data. Once your request is completed, your account will be permanently closed and most data associated with it will be removed or anonymized.

We use this information to verify your identity and locate your account. If we need anything else, we’ll contact you at the email you provide.
Processing time: Most requests are completed within 30 days, depending on your app store and payment provider.
What Happens to Your Data
Data We Delete
- Your Big Game account profile (name, cell phone, picture)
- Your game history, scores, and side action associated with your account
- Your friends/roster connections and invitations
- In-app chat messages and social activity associated with your profile
- Device identifiers and preferences linked to your account
Data We May Need to Keep
In some cases, we’re required or permitted to keep limited information, for example:
- Your Big Game account profile (name, cell phone, picture)
- Your game history, scores, and side action associated with your account
- Your friends/roster connections and invitations
- In-app chat messages and social activity associated with your profile
- Device identifiers and preferences linked to your account
When we keep data for these reasons, we store it securely and restrict how it can be used. Where required, these records are kept only for as long as necessary (typically up to 1 year).
Frequently Asked Questions
No. Once we complete deletion, your Big Game account and most associated data can’t be restored. You can always create a new account and start fresh.
Most requests are processed within 30 days. In some cases (for example, where we must verify payment activity or comply with regional laws), it may take a bit longer. We’ll email you when it’s complete.
